At FOLDOFF.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@foldoff.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received a faulty item, email support@foldoff.com within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and include:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence (and/or short video if helpful)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation requests prior to the shipment of your order and issuance of a tracking number. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, cancellations cannot be accommodated. In the event of cancellation before shipment, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

1-Year Warranty

Every purchase from FOLDOFF comes with a one-year warranty covering specific malfunctions. To request a replacement, please provide details and visual evidence (photos/videos) of issues such as:

  • Failure to protect your device as intended
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

Replacements are subject to our review of the evidence provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. We will issue a 100% refund promptly upon receiving the returned product in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

We do not offer refunds or returns if you provided an incorrect address or did not pick up the package on time and it was returned to sender.
