Order Cut-off Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT are processed on the next business day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes — FOLDOFF ships to 150+ countries including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and more. We offer free worldwide shipping. Taxes and duties are covered by FOLDOFF for most destinations; in rare cases, local authorities may assess additional fees beyond our control (see “Custom Fees” below).

Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Transit times vary by destination. Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 5–9 business days
  • Middle East: 5–9 business days
  • Europe: 6–10 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 6–11 business days
  • Rest of the World: 8–15 business days

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing times, weather conditions, or peak seasons. We will inform you of any significant delays.

Where Do You Ship From?

FOLDOFF partners with multiple warehouses worldwide. We ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address where the item is in stock. If unavailable locally, your order ships from our main warehouse.

Late Deliveries

All orders include full tracking. If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@foldoff.com. If your order has not arrived within 60 days from purchase, we will reship or issue a full refund.

Partial Shipments

If items in your order are stocked in different warehouses, they may ship separately. We’ll provide separate tracking information for each parcel.

Custom Fees

We cover taxes and duties for international shipments in most regions. In rare cases, some countries may assess additional customs or import fees that are outside our control. Such fees, if charged, are the responsibility of the recipient. For details, consult your local customs office.

Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once a parcel is in transit. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@foldoff.com or call +1 307-216-5241.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery for Holidays and Special Occasions

If you’re purchasing a gift for a specific date, please order well in advance. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date due to potential carrier or customs delays.
